Techedge Acquires Wireless VoIP Service Provider
China Quantum Communications in Share Exchange
New York, June 9, 2004 – Techedge Inc. (OTCBB: TEDG.OB) announced
today that it has acquired China Quantum Communications Ltd. (CQCL)
through share exchange.
CQCL, a Cayman Island corporation with wholly owned subsidiaries
in the U.S. and China, develops and provides advanced wireless voice,
data, and multimedia services to commercial and residential users
in the U.S. and China.
Mr. Peter Wang, CEO of CQCL and the new Chairman & CEO of Techedge

. The improved website contains information on Quantum existing
