Information System in network planning and network management.

Li, SVP/COO and Director, He was
formerly founder, Chairman, and CEO of Global Villager Inc.,
operator of the bilingual website http://www.dragonsurf.com
(http://www.5hu4hai.com). Ya had worked as a senior consultant/software
developer in information, telecom, and financial industries
for Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), DLJ, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan
Stanley. After Global Villager was acquired by Startec Global
Communications Inc. in March 2000, Ya managed Startec's Internet
and Internet Telephony products and services |

Chen, SVP
Strategy, was the VP of Japan Telecom, in charge of international
corporate strategy &planning. Prior to Japan Telecom, he was
the Director of Marketing and Business Development in Bellcore
(Telcordia) in charge of Asian Pacific region. He also worked
as a senior software/network engineer in Bellcore for 10 year
and in IBM for 3 years. |
